Terms of Service

These are preliminary terms for the AdArea early-access launch. Full terms will be published together with accounts and paid subscriptions.

The service. AdArea is a local advertising intelligence tool: it discovers local businesses in a market you define and shows which of them are actively advertising on Meta, based on publicly available information. Results are provided “as is”, for research purposes; verify independently before making business decisions.

Fair use. Your first 3 successful market analyses are free. Automated scraping of AdArea itself, reselling raw results, or attempting to circumvent usage limits is not permitted.

Accuracy. “Active on Meta” means we found active Meta advertising associated with a business; it does not indicate geographic ad targeting. When a business identity cannot be verified, AdArea says so rather than guessing.
